eClerx appoints Asma Sultana as head of human resources

eClerx Services Limited (BSE: 532927, NSE: ECLERX) announced the appointment of Asma Sultana as Head of Human Resources, effective March 26, 2025. Sultana will form part of the Senior Management of the company. She joins eClerx from Alorica, where she served as Head of HR for India and led Global Talent Management, and previously held a senior leadership role at Accenture (BPO). With over two decades of experience, Sultana brings expertise in talent acquisition and retention strategies. Sultana holds a Law degree from University Law College, Bangalore, and a Post Graduation in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur. The announcement complies with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
