Diwakar Finvest Private Limited, part of Emami's promoter group, disclosed movements in its encumbered shareholding of Emami Limited (BSE: EMAMILTD) on March 25, 2025. The disclosure, made under SEBI regulations, detailed the creation of a pledge on 930,000 shares (0.21% of total share capital) on March 21, 2025, in favor of Bajaj Finance Limited, followed by the release of an equivalent number of shares on March 22, 2025. Subsequently, a further pledge of 1,985,000 shares (0.45%) to Bajaj Finance Limited was created on March 24, 2025.
