BHEL extends technology collaboration agreement with Vogt Power

Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) announced the extension of its Technology Collaboration Agreement (TCA) with Vogt Power International Inc. (VPI) for Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSGs) on March 25, 2025. The collaboration aims to help BHEL keep pace with technological advancements in HRSG design, maintain a competitive edge, and strengthen BHEL's capabilities in combined cycle and cogeneration plants. BHEL believes the collaboration will further contribute to the Indian government's 'Make in India' initiative. The original agreement’s terms and consideration remain confidential and unchanged, respectively. BHEL notified both the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE: BHEL) and the National Stock Exchange of India of the extension.
