Originally slated for completion by March 31, 2025, the acquisition's timeline has been revised due to pending procedural matters. While Swarnaaskshu was incorporated on February 14, 2025, the finalization is now expected on or before June 30, 2025. The acquisition is still contingent on receiving the necessary approvals from the concerned State government. The initial announcement, made on February 6, 2025, detailed the company's intention to enter a captive solar power purchase agreement alongside acquiring the stake.
