Aavas Financiers allots equity shares, redeems debentures

AAVAS Financiers (BSE: AAVAS) announced the allotment of 3,719 equity shares on March 25, 2025, under its Performance Stock Option Plan 2023. This allotment, with a face value of ₹10 each, increases the company's paid-up share capital from ₹79,14,99,460 (consisting of 7,91,49,946 equity shares) to ₹79,15,36,650 (consisting of 7,91,53,665 equity shares). These newly allotted shares rank equally with existing equity shares.
