Zomato changes name to Eternal Limited, effective March 20

Zomato Limited has announced its official name change to Eternal Limited, effective March 20, 2025. The company received approval from the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs ("MCA") for the change, along with consequent alterations to its Memorandum and Articles of Association. Listed on both the BSE (543320) and NSE (ZOMATO), Eternal Limited will continue its operations from its registered address in New Delhi. The company has informed both stock exchanges about the change in name and will be updating all relevant documents and branding accordingly. The move signifies a new direction for the company, formerly known as Zomato.
