Reliance Eagleford Upstream LLC dissolved, Reliance Marcellus restructured

Reliance Industries (BSE: 500325) disclosed the dissolution of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Reliance Eagleford Upstream LLC, effective March 18, 2025. Consequent to this dissolution, Reliance's 23.42% holding in Reliance Marcellus LLC, previously held through Reliance Eagleford Upstream LLC, has been transferred to and vested directly in Reliance Industries. As a result, Reliance Marcellus LLC, previously an indirect wholly owned subsidiary, is now a direct wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries. The company stated that Reliance Eagleford Upstream LLC was a non-operating entity, with no contribution to the consolidated turnover or net worth for the financial year 2023-24. The cancellation of formation certificate for Reliance Eagleford Upstream LLC was received on March 18, 2025. This announcement complies with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India's listing obligations.
