ICRA reaffirms Torrent Pharma's credit ratings

Torrent Pharmaceuticals announced today that ICRA Limited has reaffirmed its long-term credit rating of AA+ (Stable) for the company's banking facilities and non-convertible debentures. Additionally, ICRA has reaffirmed its rating and assigned A1+ for the enhanced amount of the company’s commercial paper programme. The intimation, dated March 19, 2025, was filed with both the BSE Limited (Scrip Code: 500420) and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd (NSE Scrip Code: TORNTPHARM) in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The announcement was signed by Chintan M. Trivedi, Company Secretary of Torrent Pharmaceuticals Limited.
