Godrej Industries' promoter group increases stake via family settlement

Pirojsha Godrej has submitted regulatory disclosures to the BSE and NSE regarding proposed acquisitions under SEBI’s Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers Regulations. He is submitting the disclosures for requisite notification under Regulation 10(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 in respect of proposed acquisition of Equity Shares of Godrej Industries Limited from Ms. Lana Godrej and Ms. Sasha Godrej under Regulation 10(1)(a)(i).
