Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC appoints Anita Ramachandran as director

Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC (BSE: ABSLAMC) announced the appointment of Ms. Anita Ramachandran as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent), effective March 25, 2025. The appointment, based on the recommendation of the Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee, is for a term of five years and is subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Ramachandran brings approximately 40 years of experience as a human resources professional and management consultant, having founded Cerebrus Consultants in 1995. The company stated that Ms. Ramachandran is not related to any existing director and is not debarred from holding the position.
