Adani unit forms joint venture for Ecocables

Adani Enterprises announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Kutch Copper Limited (KCL), has incorporated a joint venture company named Praneetha Ecocables Limited (PEL) on March 19, 2025. The joint venture is in partnership with Praneetha Ventures Private Limited, with KCL holding 50% of the equity share capital of PEL. The authorized and paid-up share capital of PEL is ₹1,000,000, divided into 100,000 equity shares of ₹10 each. PEL will focus on manufacturing, marketing, distribution, and selling metal products, cables, and wires. The newly formed entity is registered with the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. The acquisition does not fall within related party transactions.
