Shyam Metalics: NCLT approves amalgamation of subsidiary

Shyam Metalics and Energy Limited (BSE: SHYAMMETL) announced that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Kolkata Bench, sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of Shyam Metalics Flat Product Private Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary) with its holding company, Shyam Sel and Power Limited. The approval was granted on March 17, 2025, under sections 230-232 of the Companies Act, 2013, following petition No. C.P. (CAA) No. 196/KB/2024. The amalgamation will become effective upon filing the order with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The company has asked stakeholders to take note of the same in their records.
