Lupin Limited (BSE: LUPIN) announced today the incorporation of a new wholly-owned subsidiary named "LUPINLIFE Consumer Healthcare Limited" on March 8, 2025. The incorporation was done under Corporate Identification Number U21002MH2025PLC443065, as confirmed by a certificate issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. This information was disclosed to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company had previously shared details of the intent to form this subsidiary in a letter dated February 12, 2025.
