Brigade Enterprises invests in Zoiros Projects, new shareholding structure

Brigade Enterprises announced today that its subsidiary, Zoiros Projects Private Limited (ZPPL), has allotted equity shares worth ₹39,500,000 to Brigade Enterprises and ₹49,500,000 to Gruhas Proptech LLP. Following this allotment, Brigade will hold 50% of ZPPL, including its existing investment, while Gruhas will hold the remaining 50%.
