Bikaji Foods International amalgamation hearing set for April 8

Bikaji Foods International announced that the NCLT has scheduled a hearing for April 8, 2025, to consider the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation with Vindhyawasini Sales Private Limited. The company petition, CP (CAA) 01/230-232/JPR/2025, has been admitted, and the hearing will address the amalgamation of the two entities and their respective shareholders and creditors under Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013.
