Tata Motors establishes wholly-owned subsidiary, Digital.AI Labs

Tata Motors (BSE: TATAMOTORS) has announced the incorporation of a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Tata Motors Digital.AI Labs Limited ("TMDALL"), as of March 17, 2025. The announcement, made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, states that TMDALL has an authorized share capital of ₹1,00,00,000 (1 Crore), divided into 10,00,000 equity shares of ₹10 each. Tata Motors and Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Limited, a WOS of Tata Motors, hold 100% shareholding in TMDALL. The initial paid-up capital for TMDALL is ₹50,00,000, comprising 5,00,000 equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each. The capital subscription has been paid in cash.
