The upgrade, effective March 17, 2025, signifies S&P's positive reassessment of Muthoot Finance's creditworthiness. This development follows a review conducted by S&P Global Ratings, leading to their decision to elevate the company's rating. The company disclosed the rating action under Regulation 30 and 51 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
