ITDC appoints Rajesh Rana as director

India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) announced the appointment of Rajesh Rana as Director (Commercial & Marketing), effective March 17, 2025. The appointment was approved by the Appointment Committee of the Cabinet (ACC), as per the Ministry of Tourism's order dated March 10, 2025. Mr. Rana's tenure is set for five years or until further notice. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Rana served as General Manager at IRCTC and has an extensive 26-year career in the hospitality industry. ITDC confirmed that Mr. Rana has provided a declaration stating he is not debarred from holding the position. With this appointment, ITDC's board also includes Mebanshailang Rynjah Synrem as Managing Director, Lokesh Kumar Agarwal as Director Finance & CFO, and Ranjana Chopra as Government Nominee Director.
