ITC issues shares under employee stock option schemes

ITC Limited announced today, March 17, 2025, the allotment of 664,000 ordinary shares at ₹1 each under its Employee Stock Option Schemes. This follows the exercise of 66,400 options by eligible employees. The decision was finalized during a Committee meeting that concluded at 7:05 p.m. As a result of this allotment, ITC's issued and subscribed share capital has increased to ₹1251,41,19,781, divided into 1251,41,19,781 ordinary shares of ₹1 each. The company has notified the National Stock Exchange of India, the Bombay Stock Exchange, and the Calcutta Stock Exchange of this development.
