Ircon bags Meghalaya secretariat complex construction project

IRCON International announced today that it has been awarded a project by the Directorate of Urban Affairs, Government of Meghalaya, to construct a new Secretariat Complex, including campus infrastructure, on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis in New Shillong City. The total project value is ₹1096.17 Crores, with IRCON's share being ₹285.00 Crores. IRCON is undertaking the project as part of a joint venture with Badri Rai and Company, with IRCON holding a 26% share. The project is domestic and is expected to be completed within 36 months.
