ICICI Securities gets NCLAT nod on scheme

ICICI Securities (ISEC) announced today that the Hon'ble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) in New Delhi has dismissed appeals against the company's Scheme of Arrangement with ICICI Bank. The NCLAT orders, both issued on March 10, 2025, concern appeals filed by minority shareholders, including Manu Rishi Guptha (holding 0.002% shares) and Quantum Mutual Fund (holding 0.08% shares). The original letters pertaining to the Scheme of Arrangement were dated September 13 and 18, 2024. ICICI Securities received copies of the NCLAT orders today.
