HPCL appoints Vikas Kaushal as chairman and managing director

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL: HINDPETRO) announced the appointment of Shri Vikas Kaushal (DIN 10993007) as the Chairman and Managing Director (C&MD) of the company. The appointment, effective March 17, 2025, follows the terms outlined in the MoP&NG letter Ref. No. CA-31017/6/2022-PNG (44381) dated March 07, 2025. With this appointment, the additional charge of C&MD previously entrusted to Shri Rajneesh Narang, Director- Finance, has concluded.
