Hatsun Agro Product completes further Milk Mantra acquisition

Hatsun Agro Product Limited (HAPL) announced today the completion of a further acquisition of shares in Milk Mantra Dairy Private Limited. The acquisition involved 2,500 equity shares at ₹10 each, funded by a purchase consideration of ₹0.08 crores. With this latest transaction, HAPL now holds 31,64,056 equity shares and 16,06,372 compulsorily convertible preference shares in Milk Mantra, representing a total investment of ₹232.88 crores. The cumulative acquisitions now represent 99.89% of the target company's current issued and paid-up equity and preference share capital.
