Endurance Technologies announces voluntary separation scheme update

Endurance Technologies Limited [BSE: 540153] has announced an update regarding its Voluntary Separation Scheme (VSS) at its manufacturing plant in Waluj, Dist. Chh. Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra. The company has accepted the separation of 57 permanent workmen under the VSS. This action is part of an effort to right-size the plant in line with current production volumes. The implementation of the VSS will result in a total payout of approximately ₹106.35 million. The company confirmed that this announcement complies with Regulation 30 and Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
