Adani Wilmar changes name to AWL Agri Business

Adani Wilmar (BSE: AWL) announced it has received a new Certificate of Incorporation, changing its name to AWL Agri Business Limited. Effective March 17, 2025, the name change follows earlier intimations made to the stock exchanges in December 2024, and January and February 2025. The company received the certificate from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. While trading under the new name, the company said that it will also display the old name for a period of two years along with its new name at all places wherever a Company is required to display its name in terms of Section 12 of the Act. AWL Agri Business Limited assured that it will submit all requisite documents to the stock exchanges.
