Qualcomm invests in KPIT's Qorix GmbH as minority shareholder

KPIT Technologies announced that Qualcomm has invested in Qorix GmbH, a joint venture with ZF, creating an alliance to strengthen its position as a provider of middleware solutions for Software-Defined Vehicles (SDVs). Qualcomm Ventures LLC is now a third shareholder in Qorix GmbH, with the option to increase its shareholding up to Euro 10 million. KPIT and ZF will retain their positions as significant shareholders, with a 50:50 ownership. This strategic partnership advances the industry's movement toward SDVs and will deliver high-performance, pre-integrated, and scalable solutions for OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers. KPIT made this disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations and this was issued by the company secretary on March 14, 2025.
