Infosys to pay $17.5m to settle McCamish lawsuits

Infosys has announced a proposed $17.5 million settlement to resolve all class action lawsuits stemming from the cyber incident impacting its McCamish Systems LLC subsidiary. The agreement, reached in mediation on March 13, 2025, would settle pending lawsuits against McCamish and some of its customers, subject to court approval and due diligence. This settlement aims to resolve all allegations without any admission of liability by Infosys. Separately, Infosys announced that the Board of Directors will meet on April 16 and 17, 2025, to approve and record the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2025, and consider a final dividend. A trading window will be closed from March 16, 2025, until April 21, 2025. The company will hold an investor call on April 17, 2025, to discuss these results and business outlook.
