Fusion Micro Finance appoints Sanjay Garyali as CEO

Fusion Micro Finance announced the appointment of Sanjay Garyali as Chief Executive Officer, effective March 17, 2025. With over 28 years of experience in the finance industry, Garyali brings expertise in retail financial markets to the company, having previously led the Urban Finance business of L&T Finance and held positions at Kotak Mahindra Bank. This appointment coincides with Devesh Sachdev's transition from Managing Director & CEO to Managing Director, as part of a planned succession. The company states that Sachdev will later be appointed as Non-Executive Chairman. The changes are designed to ensure continuity of the business.
