Brigade Enterprises launches INR 2,700 crore residential project in Bangalore

Brigade Enterprises has announced the launch of Brigade Eternia, a new residential project in Yelahanka, Bangalore. The expansive project spans 14.65 acres and will consist of 1,124 residential units within 12 towers. These towers will each feature 2 basements, a ground floor, and either 13 or 14 additional floors. The total built-up area is approximately 2 million square feet, and the project is estimated to generate a revenue of over ₹2700 crores. Completion of the project is targeted for March 31, 2030. Brigade Eternia will offer 3 BHK, 3 BHK with study, and 4 BHK homes with a focus on luxury, community, and convenience. The location provides easy access to schools, hospitals, and office spaces, complemented by amenities, including a grand central courtyard, a scenic lakeside park, and a 35,000 sq. ft. clubhouse. The launch aligns with Brigade's strategy to capitalize on the growing North Bangalore market.
