ADC India Communications board to consider interim dividend

ADC India Communications Limited (BSE: ADCINDIA) has announced a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for March 25, 2025, to consider the declaration of a special interim dividend for the equity shareholders of the company for the financial year 2024-25. The board will also fix the record date for the dividend payment, if declared. In compliance with the company's code of conduct for regulating insider trading, the trading window for designated persons has been closed from March 14, 2025, and will remain closed until March 27, 2025. The company's registered office and factory are located in Peenya Industrial Area, Bangalore.
