Urja Global appoints Sachin Kumar Agrahari as CFO

Urja Global Limited (BSE:URJA) has announced the appointment of Mr. Sachin Kumar Agrahari as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, effective March 10, 2025. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors at a meeting held on the same date, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Agrahari, a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant, brings extensive experience in finance, accounting, auditing, and taxation, with previous leadership roles including Audit Manager and Deputy Manager. The company has submitted details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015, as amended.
