TCS expands partnership with Coop Danmark on SAP S/4HANA

Tata Consultancy Services (BSE: TCS) has extended its partnership with Coop Danmark, Denmark's leading consumer goods retailer, to manage its enterprise resource planning platform on SAP S/4HANA and enhance customer experience across more than 900 stores. TCS will focus on stabilizing, optimizing, and enhancing Coop’s central digital core system, integrating AI and automation to improve efficiency and personalize shopping experiences. TCS will also work with Coop to build new capabilities required to simplify business operations to provide a better shopping experience. This collaboration builds on a five-year relationship where TCS has supported Coop's digital transformation and adoption of SAP S/4HANA. The aim is to increase efficiency, drive faster time to market, and reduce overall operating costs, as well as build capabilities to enhance the shopping experience.
