HDFC AMC allots equity shares under employee stock option

HDFC Asset Management Company (HDFC AMC) has announced the allotment of 27,090 equity shares, each with a face value of Rs. 5, under its employee stock option scheme. The decision was made through a circular resolution passed by the Share Allotment Committee on March 12, 2025. The shares, bearing distinctive numbers 21,37,65,997 to 21,37,93,086, are being issued to eligible employees upon the exercise of their stock options. Following this allotment, the company's paid-up share capital will be Rs. 1,06,89,65,430, comprising 21,37,93,086 equity shares priced at Rs. 5 each.
