Adani Energy Solutions' ratings affirmed, outlook revised

Adani Energy Solutions Limited (AESL) has announced that Fitch Ratings has affirmed its 'BBB-' ratings on AESL's Long Term Foreign- and Local-Currency Issuer. The rating agency also removed the company from Rating Watch Negative (RWN) and assigned a Negative Outlook. Simultaneously, the 'BBB-' ratings on the US dollar senior secured notes issued by Adani Electricity Mumbai Limited have been affirmed and removed from Rating Watch Negative (RWN). Finally, the 'BBB-' ratings on the notes issued by AESL's subsidiary, Adani Transmission Step-One Limited, have also been affirmed with a removal of RWN status. The announcement was made under SEBI Listing Regulations.
