Indian bank appoints secretarial auditor for fiscal year 2024-25

Indian Bank [BSE: INDIANB] has announced the appointment of M/s V Gopalan & Associates, Company Secretaries, Chennai, as the secretarial auditor for the financial year 2024-25, effective March 11, 2025. This move follows SEBI's listing obligations and disclosure requirements. Consequently, M/s V Suresh Associates will no longer serve as the bank's secretarial auditor. M/s V Gopalan & Associates is headed by Mr. V. Gopalan, a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with over 12 years of experience.
