Havells India: Executive vice president Rakesh Rajput resigns

Havells India Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Rakesh Rajput from his position as Executive Vice President, as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The resignation is effective as of March 11, 2025.
