Godrej Agrovet to acquire remaining stake in CDPL

Godrej Agrovet's board of directors has approved the acquisition of the remaining 48.06% equity stake in its material subsidiary, Creamline Dairy Products Limited (CDPL), with an aim to consolidate the company's position in CDPL. The acquisition, valued at ₹930 Crore, will convert CDPL into a wholly-owned subsidiary of Godrej Agrovet upon completion, which is expected on or before September 30, 2025. In addition to the acquisition, the board also approved the appointment of Mr. Y. V. Sathish as Head of Manufacturing & Supply Chain Excellence, effective March 24, 2025, following Mr. Prafulla Bhat's early superannuation.
