Gland Pharma announced that it will hold an analyst/institutional investor meeting on March 15, 2025. The meeting, which will be of the "One-on-One Meeting" type, is with Mahindra Manulife. This schedule has been communicated to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited. The meetings are subject to change due to exigencies on the part of the Investor/ Analyst/ Company. This disclosure is in compliance with Regulation 30, read with Part A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
