Federal bank allots equity shares under ESOS scheme

Federal Bank (BSE: FEDERALBNK) has declared the allotment of 104,464 equity shares with a face value of ₹2 each. The shares were allotted to option grantees who exercised their stock options under the bank's ESOS 2017 Scheme, on March 11, 2025. The decision was approved by the Nomination, Remuneration, Ethics, and Compensation Committee. The company officially notified the stock exchanges of this allotment as per regulatory requirements.
