Oracle Financial Services to appoint Kavita Venugopal to board

Oracle Financial Services Software (OFSS) [BSE:OFSS] announced it is seeking shareholder approval to appoint Ms. Kavita Venugopal as a Non-Executive, Independent Director for a five-year term, commencing March 3, 2025, and concluding March 2, 2030. The appointment, recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, is subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot. The remote e-voting period will run from March 8, 2025, to April 6, 2025. The results of the postal ballot will be declared on or before April 8, 2025 and posted to the company website and on the site of the NSDL. Venugopal has extensive experience in banking and finance, with leadership roles at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank and Standard Chartered Bank, among others. As of March 3, 2025, she held directorships in AU Small Finance Bank, Munjal Showa, A G Industries, Rockman Industries, PNB MetLife India Insurance, Pipeline Infrastructure, and EnCap Investment Manager, and also holds positions on audit committees.
