Hindustan Copper appoints Sanjeev Kumar Sinha as director of operations

Hindustan Copper (BSE:HINDCOPPER) announced the appointment of Shri Sanjeev Kumar Sinha as Director (Operations), effective March 9, 2025. The appointment, formalized through Ministry of Mines Order No. Met.3-10/4/2023-Met.III dated 7.3.2025, is for a period of five years or until further orders. Sinha, previously Deputy General Manager (DGM) at NMDC Ltd., brings over 25 years of experience in the mining sector, including expertise in mine planning, production, and project development. According to the company, Sinha is not related to any board members or key managerial personnel, and is not debarred from holding the position. This appointment follows Article 70(1) of the company's Articles of Association and complies with SEBI regulations.
