East Bridge Capital reduces stake in Piramal Enterprises

East Bridge Capital Master Fund I Ltd, along with East Bridge Capital Master Fund Ltd, and East Bridge India Horizon Fund LP, have collectively reduced their stake in Piramal Enterprises Limited (BSE: PEL). The sale of 134,734 shares on March 5, 2025, resulted in a decrease of their holding from 4.29% to 4.23% of the total share/voting capital. The transaction was executed through market transactions. Before the sale, the entities held 9,672,246 shares. After the sale, the total number of shares held is 9,537,512. Piramal Enterprises' equity share capital/ total voting capital before and after the acquisition/sale remains at 450,955,400. This disclosure is made under Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
