The resolution, detailed in a notice dated February 3, 2025, received substantial support from shareholders, with 95.87% of remote e-voting favoring the re-appointment, representing 225,182,870 votes. Only 4.13% of votes, or 9,703,835, were cast against the resolution. The company's disclosure included voting results and a scrutinizer's report, affirming compliance with SEBI regulations.
