Rallis India launches new herbicide; personnel change announced

** Rallis India (BSE: RALLIS) has announced the launch of a new product and a change in senior management. The new product is "LAAFA" (Glufosinate ammonium 13.5% SL), a post-emergent, non-selective herbicide designed to control broad-spectrum weeds within the domestic market. The product launch, effective March 6, 2025, falls under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Concurrently, the company announced that Ms. Juhi Chaudhary is being relieved from her role as General Counsel, a Senior Management Personnel, effective March 7, 2025, due to joining another Tata Company.
