ONGC appoints Vikram Saxena as director

Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) [BSE:ONGC] announced the appointment of Shri Vikram Saxena as Director (Technology and Field Services), as approved by the Board of Directors. The appointment, detailed in a filing with the National Stock Exchange of India and the Bombay Stock Exchange, is effective March 6, 2025, and will continue until his superannuation date of July 31, 2027, or until further notice. Saxena brings over 35 years of experience in Exploration & Production (E&P) operations. ONGC confirmed that Shri Saxena is not debarred from holding the office by virtue of any SEBI Order or any other authority. The appointment was made in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and is based on letter no. CA-31011/1/2023-PNG(45462) issued by the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India.
