Brigade Enterprises launches INR 1,700 crore Chennai residential project

Brigade Enterprises announced the launch of "Brigade Altius," a premium residential project in Chennai's IT corridor, Sholinganallur. The project, spanning 6.5 acres, has a total development area of 1.4 million square feet and features three 43-story signature towers. The company expects the project to generate revenue of Rs 1,700 crore. Brigade Altius rises to a height of approximately 143 meters, offering residents panoramic views of the city and its surrounding landscapes. The apartments are unique in their design, with no shared walls between units, ensuring complete privacy. The towers are connected by a magnificent skybridge. The project also features a grand 50,000 sqft of amenities, designed to cater to a wide range of recreational needs. Residents will have access to world-class amenities and leisure facilities, set amid lush green. Chennai is set to become the second-largest market after Bengaluru, and we aim to double our growth in the city across residential, commercial, retail and hospitality.
