Anand Rathi Wealth allots bonus equity shares

Anand Rathi Wealth (BSE: ANANDRATHI) has finalized the allotment of bonus equity shares, according to a regulatory filing on March 6, 2025. The bonus issue, approved by the company's Allotment Committee on March 6, 2025, grants shareholders one new share for every one share held. The company issued 4,15,10,317 new shares with a face value of Rs. 5 each. As a result, the paid-up equity share capital has increased from 4,15,10,317 to 8,30,20,634, and the total amount in Rupees has increased from 20,75,51,585/- to 41,51,03,170/- . The shares were allotted to shareholders listed on the Register of Members as of March 5, 2025. These bonus equity shares will rank equally with existing shares of the company.
