TCS partners with Vantage Towers to revolutionize telecom management

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) [BSE: TCS] has announced a partnership with Vantage Towers, Europe's second-largest telecom tower operator, to launch a digital service platform. The initiative aims to revolutionize telecom site management across eight European markets, streamlining service processes for property owners and enhancing telecom site partnerships. TCS will deploy TCS Crystallus™ for Telecom to accelerate digital transformation. The platform will provide property owners with 24/7 personalized customer support. Vantage Towers operates a network of 86,000 sites. The collaboration leverages TCS’s telecom expertise and will utilize ServiceNow's digital workflow platform.
