Sat Industries board to consider amalgamation

Sat Industries (BSE: SATINDLTD) has announced a board meeting scheduled for March 8, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. to consider an amalgamation under Section 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013. According to a filing with the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), the meeting will address various strategic options for the Company. In compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations regarding insider trading, the trading window for Company securities will be closed from March 6, 2025, until 48 hours after the announcement is made public.
