Lloyds Metals promoter pledges shares to Vardhman Trusteeship

Thriveni Earthmovers Private Limited (TEMPL), a promoter of Lloyds Metals and Energy (LLOYDSME), has created a pledge on 300,000 equity shares (0.06% of the paid-up share capital) of LLOYDSME in favor of Vardhman Trusteeship Private Limited, effective March 4, 2025. This pledge is pursuant to an Unattested Pledge Agreement dated February 11, 2025.
